Reviewing AOL MF last night, I came across some interesting information you all may be interested in:

The recent Red Chip Review had a positive (what a surprise) and informative article relating to AXC. Marcus Robins of RCR visited with AXC's CFO and asked him if AXC management would like to be involved in RCR's December Investor Event (a dog and pony show of companies that RCR follows). The CFO replied that they would be interested, but only if they had a tangible KM order already disclosed. Mr. Robins concluded that AXC is really on the verge of making the big step with KM. Although they don't have an order they can announce or place on the books, he believes that "it is right there". The recent insider buying in his belief is further substantiation of the companies beliefs in it own prospects. Robins final words are: "own the stock for 1997".

During the runup over the last week, AXC has not denied a deal is in the works. They have only stated that they have not announced anything responsible for the increased activity. That AXC expressed interest in the RCR December Investor Event and publically tied attendance to an announced KM deal is further evidence that AXC truely does expect to announce a KM deal sometime in December, before the event.
