This is not true. I was not aware of any "leak" until Tod told me about it after I got out of GIFS.

Also, I was always told that I received the release after it was released to the news wires. I then gave it to the SAC.

The reason I talked to Rehtorik after you was because I was always calling for him and usually got you instead.

I drove down to meet Silverman, because I wanted to see if he was for real. That was all.

I had no idea that the Congress sale press release was from California. I know that they had an attorney in Southern California.
