I do not expect any downgrades 'cause this stock is beaten down
so much in last 14 month and who ever wanted to get rid of BUY
rate did it long time ago.

Three reasons:
a) two sequential successful quarters
b) strong buyout candidate
c) growth in last Fiscal '97 quarter is MODERATE not FLAT.

Actually I hope for at least one upgrade from HOLD to BUY.
