Perhaps WTO negotiations with Europe?

Perhaps maintaining leverage with integrating las-cdma with 1xevdv in 3GPP2? ((Framework technologies for 1xevdv are scheduled to be decided between mid Feb and mid April.))

IMO, tscdma receiving imt2000 status as it's converged within 3GPP would have little or no impact on deliberations to install a 95a,b or c (1x) network......
