Eric, I am not sure the VC's would agree with you on that <g>

Speaking of hotjobs, I read an interesting story re monster.com; how the founder sold it in 1996 or thereabouts to another co that had a lot of unrelated operations. Now monster is that company's biggest revenue producer, and if I recall, is quite profitable. If memory serves me, the founder got $9 million or so for it. Can you imagine what the mkt cap of monster.com would be now had it gone directly public sometime in the last couple of years?
