I havent mailed anything back the bottom line is the Epson scanner I bought and received from Buy.com is packaged 2 ways.. 1.You pay $165 and dont get the Photoshop essentials Program and negative holder. 2.You pay $208 and get the Photoshop essentials program and negative holder... Bottom line I thought I was getting a bargain with the scanner at $165 but it was really $225 with all the stuff that comes with it normally.. So now my choices are as follows.. Send it back and eat the shipping both ways.. And either get a refund or get the one I wanted paying double shipping.... Keep it and not have the negative holder and extra program.. Computers4sure sells it for $239 with the negative strip holder and photoshop program.. BTW Buy.com 's Customer Service stinks...
