I think the easiest way is to let the credit card company take care of it. Most people pay by credit (...I assume).

Just call them, say the item wasn't received and the phones/email (etc.) are going unanswered. Those Mac shoppers should get their money back.

There might be a 90 day time frame from the time an invoice with the charge is received, but each card may have different terms.
