Actually the chart shows OECD Inventories in Days of Worldwide demand. If you want to be generous to RJ then, at best, a chart like this shows growing importance of non-OECD countries (China, India, Brazil, Russia are not part of OECD). Proper chart (OECD Inventories in days of OECD demand) would show inventories at 54 DD, close to the middle of the range, and therefore no drama.
