Don't know all the answers there te. Just seems with things as fragile as they are on a global basis SARS is a very big negative, unless it rapidly disappears. Imho the western world economic success has been based on money supply and velocity. Note the AND. Mr. Velocity hasn't been doing too well, and SARS isn't a supplier of kinetic energy, which is what is needed. More like a supplier of potential energy, of the negative variety.
