By the way, for larger accounts, most brokerages, even the deep discounters, have a "back (phone) number" that gets you quicker service.

Has anyone considered OLDE? I called and apparently if you have $500,000 (which it seems that a few here do have), you can trade 1000 shares of a major stock for "free". Of course, they make money on the kickback from the spread, but I would be interested in finding out how well their "free" trading works. Even trades with commissions...I assume the fills will be the same as commissionless fills. Anyone with OLDE experience?
