If you look at individual trades, the large blocks (2 blocks of 7500 shares) were purchased above 2 (ie. at market) while small blocks (blocks of 200 or 400 shares) were sold at market (1 5/8, 1 7/8). This highly indicative of MM trying to bring the bid price down to scare some investors to selling at market before this price gaps up. I am going to try to pick up shares at the bid price but usually am not successful because their is no selling at that level except by MM who don't sell to me but to other MM.
