I smell something rotten. On the 23rd of this month there were institutional dumping of the stock. Yesterday it was anounced by various institutions that the expected earnings per share dropped a few cents. Yet CLE is still stating that they are expecting record earnings for fiscal 96. I still feel that CLE has great potential, but what gets me off on a tangent is the fairness of the institutions knowing more about what is going on before the private sector does, and dumping their stock.
