Is there a way to order a email Gift Certificate for the App Store? I know you can buy a Gift Card, but I need to have it delivered today, not some time in the future. So far, all I have found is an iTunes Gift Certificate which can only be used to purchase Music. All an all it was a frustrating experience, with the my iPad not even showing the 'Quick Links' at the iTunes Store. I had to go on to my Sony Vaio PC to even order the Certificate for the iTunes Store.
