ID Four Ltd. Secures OEM Distribution and Overseas International Distribution for enPact! Y2K Software Compliance Tool

(OTC Bulletin Board: IDFR - news) is pleased to announce, it has secured both OEM distribution under private brand in the Continental USA and overseas international distribution under the enPact! brand for the enPact! Y2K Software Compliance Tool through TLCO Software Inc. of San Diego, CA.
Specializing in OEM licensing of their ``Web Factory' suite of Authoring, Imaging and 3D family of products, TLCO Software Inc. (http://www.tlcosoftware.com) also develops and publishes exclusive authorized internet software companion titles which include Hollywood Box Office titles such as: ``The Blair Witch Project' by Artizan Studios, ``Heavy Metal' a DreamWorks production and ``Sleepy Hollow', an upcoming film by Paramount Pictures. TLCO Software Inc. is regarded as one of the Nations most rapidly growing full service, independent software publishers with international software distribution capabilities.
By finalizing the license and distribution agreement, TLCO Software Inc., under private label will manufacture, market and distribute a version of the enPact! Y2K Software Compliance Tool for immediate retail and bundling distribution in the Continental USA. TLCO Software will also establish overseas retail distribution of the product under the enPact! Y2K brand via its network of international distributors in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Finland and Australia.
Under the terms of the agreement, TLCO Software Inc. bears all costs to develop, package, market, distribute, and promote both, the private label effort in the Continental USA and the enPact! brand distribution overseas for which ID Four Ltd. will receive a royalty fee against each unit sold. ID Four Ltd. will continue to market and distribute Cashco Management Inc.'s enPact! Y2K software Compliance Tool via traditional retail and wholesale distribution.
The shares of ID Four, Ltd. are quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the trading symbol IDFR.
