This might result in a few new challenges to incumbents by “squad” wannabes.
The fact that the Dem House majority is so small is good news for the radicals. All of a sudden, they have a lot of leverage. If they get pissed about anything and refuse to participate, the Dems find themselves in the minority.

Good news for radicals, not good news for the country.
