The SCOTUS denied the Emergency Relief, which was simply an effort to stop Pennsylvania certification, because they wanted to HEAR the case first. There was zero chance of that happening without hearing it from the plaintiff and defendant first. They could easily of shut down the WHOLE THING down by simply attaching a reasoning for the denial, or the point in a case that determines the judgement. At that point it could of easily been of all over for Trump and us. Instead simply stated "The application for injunctive relief presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied". They are all ears and that opened the door wide open for Texas and 8 other states
