I have info here from investor relations on offering I sent the below e-mail to Deb Lake at THQ...and here is her response as well. Right now we have to wait a bit it looks like to get more information on this offering. "Rather shocked by the news last night, I would like to know more details on the conversion price that is being stated in the debenture offering. So would many of my fellow shareholders, we are concerned about major dilution and a dramatic increase in shorting of the stock. It was mentioned they would be issued with a premium to the stock price at time of issue. What kind of premium? When can they be converted? Please provide more details. Many of us discuss THQ on the Web at both Yahoo and also Silicon Investor sites. thanks" her reply David - please call me and I will answer as many of your questions as I can.
