Clearly, people knew about this because there was no other bad news to make the stock sink from 17 1/2 to 9. They missed earnings by a few cents, I hardly think that was cause. Anyway, the stock had already tanked 50% before the earnings announcement. It's sad that this information leaked to so many people because it wouldn't have tanked like this with a couple people selling.
