Shege, Thanks for the tip. When I get the time I might visit those folders. I appreciate the discussion we have going here and imagine it's very good in each of the stock folders as well. When I mentioned that I don't understand the technology issues, I should have clarified that I really don't know what software works best, is easiest to implement, easy to maintain, easy to upgrade, and easy to integrate with other enterprise-wide software. When you mention that some of these companies focus on help desk/customer support while others focus on the entire gamut of front office solutions, I think of that as a marketing decision, not a technology issue. It's an important marketing decision, for sure. From that standpoint Siebel Systems and Remedy are exciting companies because they are large and got that way focusing on specific segments of the industry.
