And well, I agree that ultimately the stock will trade at zero. There is no other explanation possible considering that I got nondeliverable stuff at an equivalent of downto 16 cents for the common.

Then I remember UAL , or interstate backery and how poorly I traded them. UAL floated for more than a year or so and tripled sometimes in the process only to expire at zero later.
