Wade,

As for just the support lines, that's pretty simple just the plain old charts. But to determine the strength of a support line, I also include Bollinger Band, and trading channels.

As for projections, my primary indicators are Stochastics and Bollinger Band and DMI. My secondary indicators (for checking) are RSI, Momentum, and Japanese Candlesticks, support lines.

I feel the key, is pattern recognition - which the indicators help.
