1 - caveat emptor

2- I don't get it. To prove manipulation you'd have to do something like supeona Cheryl's trading records and show that while she's saying she's buying she's actually shorting, or have records which prove there's some background agreement between certain posters, which you can't possibly have.

3- You admit in your letter that you think investing in BBs is "stupid", and that you were stupid to invest in them. Last I checked, SEC isn't in the buisness of protecting against stupidity.

4- People talk up NYSE and Nasdaq stocks all the time (Iomega anyone? Apple Computer yesterday afternoon?). Sometime they fall back, sometimes they don't, but you haven't said a bloody thing about them.

5- Frankly, I resent your implication that I'm unsophisticated because I've invested in GLOW. Sure I've taken losses, but I've made money also, to put it simply, I've paid my dues. If you've only bought 5 BBs and hold 3 ... you haven't.

6- This personal vendetta you have against Cheryl is disgusting. I can't believe the webmistress hasn't canceled your membership yet.

7- What research have you done on GLOW other than read this thread? Talk to the company? Apparently not. Read the news releases? Apparently not (hint: even on the big boards, projected EPS figures are considered "real" news.)

I'm sure others will pick up where I left off.
