Re: "You stated the mandate would be upheld because of the commerce cause."

WRONG a thousand times over!

(I already answered this exact question from you dozens and dozens of times and you never once could remember my answers... you ALWAYS MISREMEMBERED them.)

I *NEVER* stated in ANY POST that the 'mandate WOULD be upheld'.

I always answered that I did not know *but that* IF IT WAS OVER-TURNED then --- to be legally consistent and honest --- the Court NEEDED TO ALSO INVALIDATE SEVERAL OTHER PREVIOUS RULINGS (DATING BACK AS FAR AS 1968 I THINK...), INCLUDING WICKERT, RAUSCH, ETC.

(I also stated --- time and time over... not that you will ever remember it I see --- that my personal opinion was that these over-broad ruling which had expanded the reach of the Commerce Clause to anything and everything should rightly be tossed onto the dust bin of history. That they NEEDED to be over-turned... not that they 'would be'. :-)

So Bill... either take some memory pills to fix your problems with memory... or else just quit acting like you can remember anything because obviously you have some problems in that area. I have only written down my views on this area for you perhaps 20 or 30 times now....

PS --- you post said: "the posts are there to prove it".... Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So find even a single one then!
