Gross margins on service dropped from 24.7% in Sept. quarter to 20.1% in Dec. quarter. Top line service revenue growth up about 11%. Service cost up about 18%. No wonder they're increasing prices. Other revenue up 23%, but this was probably inflated considerably due to Christmas.

Also, they indicated 41 minutes/day average use. That only works out to 20-21 hours/month (depending whether you use 30 or 31 days). Yesterday's press release indicated 23 hours. Does that mean usage kicked up even more at the beginning of this year? Oh, and bear in mind many places are having a mild winter, and don't have to sit at home because they can't go anywhere. Just some tidbits.
