If you scroll down to the bottom there is a list of cases by country ranked from highest to lowest and on the right side is cases per 100k.

Note the low number not only in Africa but Caribbean, Pacific islands, far SE Asia and other tropical climate countries. I am suspecting the cases they do have are imported given the tourism.
