I'll defend Biden = Putin is a killer. Fair comment. Putin, like Biden, is a killer. Biden, Obama, Nuland, Powers and co started the civil war in Ukraine, resulting in the return of Crimea to Russia and 10s of 1000s of deaths and destruction in Ukraine, not to mention in an airliner that could have been mine and I feared it would be [a couple of weeks before that shoot-down].
Biden made a lot of loot from the Ukraine war, via bagman Hunter. Horrible horrible people.
Putin's KGB/FSB/whatever has killed quite a lot of opponents and thereby issued an assymetric threat to Biden, Boris Johnson and co. Polonium 210, novichok, fentanyl [in the theatre against jihadist Chechens] can be deployed anywhere. Putin has made sure everyone knows he'll kill if needed. That's Russian history = invaders don't get a free conquest. 1812 Overture [Napoleon], Charge of the Light Brigade, WWI, Barbarossa all were bad for invaders. Be very circumspect [as Trump was] about attacking Russia. Don't talk yourselves into stupid ideas as happened with WMDs and conquering Iraq. It was okay with Saddam coz he couldn't do much as he had no WMDs as was obvious BEFORE the attack. But it still cost the USA $trillions and thousands of dead and maimed with nothing to show for it other than ISIS which wasn't really a win.
I'll also defend Putin/Russia. I doubt they did the pipeline hack. An IP address doesn't show who dunnit. I prefer motivation. Greenpeace had motive. Greta had motive. LLL Global Alarmist Democrats had motive. Obama had motive. Putin, not at all. Who benefits from the pipeline closure? Ransomists would do if money gets paid, but being killed by the CIA is undesirable. Kim the Fatter would do it, if they could. Maybe.
Quite a favor for a guy whom Biden pointedly called a “killer” and whose interference (most Democrats believe) put Donald Trump in the White House. And soon after Russia-based hackers cyberattacked a US pipeline and created major gas shortages here — followed by new cyberassaults on federal agencies by hackers linked to Russian intelligence.
Of course Russia would see if they could do attacks via Cyberspace, but they are not the only people who are interested in the possibility and they'd likely save it for self-defence if attacked.
