Can you point to anything to suggest she lacks such conscience, beyond that speaking such language as this:
One heavy, son-of-a-bitch metal structure to prevent the gushing greed that defines the corporate-owned government
Now perhaps that might molify some if a legal opinion were written in such language, but it simply is not the general way of judges. And she 'is' going to be a judge, not a fire-brand walking the land in sandles and leaving the serving of her daily bread to the kindness of strangers.
Again, I recommend the reading of the letters between Jefferson and Madison to any and all. What emerges is far beyond any public record or interpretation by historians. Jefferson was the firebrand... but Madison was equally as passionate, but a far more... mellowed fellow. And Jefferson understood the power of that, as Madison did the sometimes ott passion of Jefferson that at times helped spur JM and bring him to position anew.
A woman does not become the first woman to being the Dean of Harvard Law School without be the best of the best, and without having nothing to bring against her. I considered, in my younger days, living such a careful life... but fak I'm just not capable even if I wanted to... even if I had the brains, I could never be in her position. In other words, tho... she is daymed if she does, and daymed if she doesn't. |
