So, we are back to your first comment. My question was whether Haliburton received these contracts illegally. Did they? If not, what is your problem? That you don't hold shares of HAL? I don't. So-called sweetheart deals are nothing new. Ask Boeing, Grumman and IBM. It has happened because other companies cannot compete. They don't have the product or service to offer when it is needed. HAL and a host of other countries are in Iraq for the rebuilding. Even Baskin-Robbins and Burger King are there. Even a large French company - TotaLFinaElf has a big contract for the rebuilding.
