I have Enervest EIT.un a diversified trust of trusts. So far the distrbutions have been regular. Over 11%

As far as entry , they seem to throw out a rights offering every year or so that brings the price into the $6.00 to $6.50 range. Check out the one year chart.

I have been oversubcribeing to the rights offerings and taking cap gains on the oversubcription. Holding the rest for a 12% return.
