Can't show you that. But his name was on the ballot and he presented himself as willing to run and serve, did you not? I sure remember that. If he had not intended to serve, he could have withdrawn and a safe republican candidate would have stepped in, won the primary and then almost surely won the general. Won't happen now....people trying to write in the republican candidate's name have to do it twice, accurately...or no count.
