As of now, I am not aware of any "pure plays" for SiGe. The SiGe research programs that I know of, other than IBM, are all big companies - NTT, Siemens, Philips. Interestingly, none of them are anywhere near as far along as IBM - it is my opinion that they will be the sole source of SiGe circuits for quite a while.

Which companies are you referring to with regard to the license of the IBM UHV/CVD process?
