I have the chart file in question saved. If someone could teach or instruct me on how to post it here, I will start doing so?

You need two things, and my answer is generic. The first is a place on the internet that you can store the chart that allows linking. There are more than a few that provide free space. I know JesseL over at geocities.com has used 100megsfree.com and seems happy with them.

The second is knowing how to embed the link.
Let's say the file is named chart12.jp (intentional typo on jp, it should be jpg but SI does some kind of filtering) and its located at 100megsfree.com

Here's the final syntax except that you need to replace the asterisks with left and right brackets [] (around the word chart). Note also that the "http" has been removed.

*chart*100megsfree.com/chart12.jp*chart*
