WSTL has predicatbility like AMTX, but unable to pull up charts on ORCTF and AWRE. On the other hand, other predicable charts are those of ATML, USRX, ANCR, ADSP. Some are low cap, but others are not.

But I do theink you have a key - volitility. The indicators I use appear to work best with volitile stock, which all of these stocks falls under.

I tested my system on the drug and bank index stocks (individual stocks). Even though it was accurate, the buy signals were not as pronounced as in the Hi-Tech (volitile) arena.
