The committee will vote approval and routinely send Roberts to the Senate where he will be approved-after Leahy/Kennedy/Schmuck/Durbin have made more noise than an amature heavy metal band.

A feeble Orin Hatch will not lead an aggressive fight against Leahy/Kennedy/Schmuck/Durban, as is needed.

The next nominee will create a huge firefight. And one bi-product will be that the feeble Hatch will finally be forced to do what he should have done 20 years ago: announce that he has been in the Senate long enough, and won't seek re-election.

He is just one of DOZENS who should do that, of course. But he makes the pro-American community a little weaker with his presence...
