I spoke with a marketing person at WIND after WE's close about the new Microsoft CE product. She said that, if it competes at all, it will only compete against a small part of Wind's business. I asked her to define "small". She said 5% -- and that's if it competete at all. She said that the WIND sofware has much smaller memory requirements and has certain visualization features that the msft product doesn't have much of. Allen, if you could elaborate on this, I would appreciate it -- as I am not a techie.

Also, could you comment on whether the Java OS will compete with Wind? Thanks. I think the market is taking down wind unfairly -- though I usually don't like to fight the tape; stock is lacking in support right now.

At least we don't have to worry about earnings right now, since they were already released in early february.
