dyns-because that was the ask price stock has not done much at all... bid .025 ask .045.......it is just everytime someone buys they have to get in the .04 range....... and the previous weeks were all dumps.... buy i do know that there are lot of people with them who are not talking.... was looking at them for the last 2 weeks
