Most of the float of REFR is heavily manipulated - it has been from day one. It's fascinating to watch when a retail investor tries to unload 1000 shares and the bid collapses a buck or two...the stock is then walked back up on light volume. I'm almost beginning to believe that fraud can last forever. It is astounding how the company can continue spewing the same exact lies year after year after year after year. The funniest news release (I think about a month or two ago) had the company offering the first "licensee" that comes up with a commercial product $10,000 donated to the charity of their choice. What a farce.
