Bush definitely ignored the 8-6-01 warning. He and Rice did absolutely nothing. Not a single phonecall were made. Bush might have stopped 9-11 with a single phonecall if he hadn't been so out to lunch, or worse if he was letting the terrorists strike. Who knows, he is in bed so deeply with the Saudis and Big Oil anything is possible.
