I've been hiding in Prague in the Czech Republic. I'm now back to Siemens implementing mobile networks' projects. I manage the implementation of the Radio access -putting up Microwave (MW) links between Base Terminals Stations (BTS's) and Base Station Controllets (BSCS's.

I just finished a gargantuan marathon where I completed 240 MW links in three weeks. We aim to cover 98% of the Czech population in exact one year. We are going to break every record of the deployment. The pace is brutal and there is no time to think. Now that I am winding down I start thinking about this business once again.

I have back home in my computer the more clear message about evaluating the telecoms markets I ever read. Remember when you've written that there are two levels of understanding in SI? Remember that you wrote that people mix the levels of understanding in the night? I saved that message. If you apply that reasoning to what is happening to mobile networks my posting become more sharp.
