Don't you think that markets can be manipulated by various external events? I think that Bush could do more. As for Chavez, we are making a big mistake by butting heads with Chavez. By improving relations with Venezuela we could probably have more influence on the price of oil. Saying that we will no longer sell arms to Chavez was a foretelling of another conflict. That kind of speech will raise the price of oil...no? It's nice to have a market maven like you here on the boards. TIA Orca
