Apologies if this has been posted, no time to read the past few dozen posts here:
totaltele.com

at first read NOK is doing a PR thing....but upon closer examination
this is wonderful news. After reading through the IPR study posted last
week www-edocs.unimaas.nl it has become apparent that having IPR
is not a necessary qualification to joining the Boy's Club for a standards
cartel. Having "network centrality" will suffice. We all know NOK is great
as a networker due to its installed base, so if NOK can come up with
financial incentives for moving the world to 3G sooner, we Q* longs are all
winners.........
