Seth, I agree with you on all counts, here and on the matter of the company being for sale. At some point those who do control 25% of the stock (management - an unusually high percentage BTW except in smaller companies) MAY decide that they want to cash out IF the offer is big enough. We won't know until there's an offer on the table - and that could happen tomorrow, next month or in 1999 for all any of us knows.
