jmho, reading what you've said, I'd guess first with vertigo, dehydration related, inner ear thingy whatever they call it. When I get it, I'll sit down and stop moving but everything else keeps moving for a moment. Feels like I'm losing my balance if I'm walking when it occurs. I never get it unless I'm sick or working long hours. Surely you're drinking enough real water so that's probably not it...
