I have the same worries; isn't it that way with all OTC's? Nethead did Prince Charles' Trust; you wouldn't think the Prince would use some run of the mill company. All it needs is some announcement by Lehman Bros. that they are handling a Nasdaq listing or secondary offering and it will fly. Until then, I'll keep looking and remain cautious. I'm long 5,000 shares & watching. Good luck.
