Brian, All - FTC just listen to bloomberg audio of interview with Dominick and Dominick. It appears that FTC is not going after price cuts but rather after unfair advertizing and distribution. This investigation is deeper than I expected. The analysts did not doubt the violations. He mentioned that he is sure that it was not a corporate policy but it should be expected that if Andy is preaching paranoia business that some of it would filter down executive chain. :-)) Regards -Albert
