If we get a sell-off today and it looks like we will, that will knock down all the high-fliers which get shorts excited. Bob Pisani just says it "expect dips to be limited - selling no surprise".

So spin of the day is sell-bad news! But that will shift quickly as it's already being priced in as we speak. Like I said COMS just went below cash value. I see that as an indicator. And a buy.

No .50 fed cut has ever not been accompanied by a sharp rally, even when expected. A sell-off right before the Fed cut will make the rally much sharper and more of a sure thing, even if it only lasts 2-3 days. This is actually perfect set-up for longs. Will give us a nice strong bounce with lotsa short covering to help fuel it.
