Diana, Buying opportunity = just that the price had drifted down and was getting attractive. Ramsey Su is from Hong Kong - they see the world differently - they use wallets as spectacles. Qualcomm is definitely ecumenical about their technology and Motorola and any company these days, certainly should be. No, I don't think Motorola got cold feet about CDMA - as Chris says, they might just not be up to it yet or might just be at capacity so demanded tougher terms, or have a different valuation system from the Northern Telecom. Motorola along with any significant telecoms company including Ericsson and Nokia, will be paddling like hell under the water, getting positioned for CDMA. Maurice
