It's obvious that E*Thorn is not as concerned with customer satisfaction as with their customer growth. A few months back I contacted a local newspaper reporter, who seemed interested, but he never followed up. I think that if there can be found an ambitious journalist, s/he can really nail all their bad practices. Many of the new investors never know what they get themselves into, and that's too bad. I'd love to see E*Thorn pay the price for the service (or lack there of) that they have been providing.

I guess their new style now is not to send trade confirmations, but I have found a little helpful way to get around it. If you look at trade history in their menu, it will list correctly the activity.
