Apparently CAI management knew sometime ago that the deal with BANX was going belly up, hence the selloff. What I am wondering is if the management knew months ago that there were problems with the deal, do they now have plan "B"? If so, what is it? The silence of the management is alarming, CAI for a long time said they couldn't discuss the BANX deal, it was still be negotiated. Well the gloves are off now. I think the management owes us an explanation - someone mentioned that today they were all in a huddle. Where the hell is JA? Whats the deal now, did they sit around for 2 months unloading their stock? I am beginning to distrust the whole small cap/NASDAQ scene. Maybe the lesson here is invest in the DOW blue chip and leave these hustlers to the untested.
