Sid, if only you were really here to do due reasonable due diligence then perhaps people would be more willing to help you. But somehow your postings of the past make your statement suspect at best.

Continuing to ask questions that you know can't be answered on a public message board would be at best irresponsible if you didn't know they can't be answered; but you have perfected the art of making that look suspect when in fact those are the rules of the very same organization you claim to vigilante for.

Judging by the fact that Mechanical Technology filed its last 10K on March 19, 1998 I would speculate that we may see their latest 10K as early as friday of this upcoming week.

That perhaps will answer some of your questions and since you have chosen to focus on this issue, may we assume that you will be doing the followup research and then inform the thread?

After all, that would be consistent with your claims to be here to due effective due diligence for the sake of the mentally paralyzed, wouldn't it?
